Use Exece with professional care

Do not use Exece to break the law, harm others, deceive people, compromise systems, or interfere with another customer's use. This policy is an operational website template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel against the final platform and launch markets.

1. Who and what this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors, account holders, authorized users, clients, and anyone accessing Exece through another organization. It covers the website, accounts, forms, integrations, service requests, uploaded materials, communications, and any related systems provided by Exece. You are responsible for users and activity you authorize.

2. Unlawful and harmful activity

  • Do not use the service to violate applicable law, a valid legal restriction, or another person's enforceable rights.
  • Do not promote violence, exploitation, harassment, credible threats, or material that creates a serious risk of physical or financial harm.
  • Do not facilitate fraud, phishing, theft, money laundering, deceptive schemes, or falsified business records.
  • Do not transact in prohibited goods or services or use the platform in breach of applicable trade, export, or sanctions controls.

3. Identity and account integrity

  • Do not impersonate a person or organization, misstate authority, or conceal the origin of a request in a deceptive way.
  • Do not sell, share, harvest, or misuse credentials, verification codes, sessions, or account-recovery tools.
  • Do not create accounts to evade a suspension, usage restriction, eligibility decision, or agreed service limit.

4. Security and technical abuse

  • Do not access or attempt to access accounts, data, endpoints, or infrastructure without authorization.
  • Do not upload or distribute malware, destructive code, compromised files, or instructions primarily designed to defeat security.
  • Do not scan, probe, or penetration-test the platform without our prior written authorization and an agreed testing scope.
  • Do not disrupt service, evade rate limits, overload infrastructure, manipulate headers or requests, or interfere with logging and monitoring.

5. Content, rights, and privacy

  • Submit only materials you have the right and authority to use, and respect intellectual property and contractual restrictions.
  • Do not expose, collect, infer, or process personal or confidential data without a legitimate purpose and appropriate authorization.
  • Do not publish hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, invasive, or unlawfully discriminatory material.
  • Do not fabricate endorsements, metrics, documents, identities, or service results, or present generated material as verified fact when doing so could mislead.

6. Communications and outreach

Do not use Exece for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotions, list harvesting, or communications that ignore a recipient's opt-out. Account verification and service messages must not be repurposed to evade marketing choices. You must follow applicable communications, advertising, and consent requirements.

7. Platform integrity and fair access

  • Do not use automated access except through documented interfaces or with our written permission.
  • Do not scrape, index, copy, or extract non-public content, personal data, pricing, or platform structure without authorization.
  • Do not consume unreasonable resources, coordinate artificial traffic, or impair performance for other users.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or build a competing dataset from the service except where a written agreement or applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse or security issues with the relevant account, URL, date, and a concise description. Do not include unnecessary personal data, passwords, or active malicious code. Good-faith reports help us investigate consistently and reduce harm.

9. How we respond

We may investigate, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict content, limit functionality, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to address a violation, legal obligation, security risk, or harm. We may also notify an account administrator, affected party, provider, or authority where appropriate and lawful.

Our response will consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, risk, and available remediation. Where circumstances permit, we may request corrective action or allow an affected customer to ask for reconsideration. Immediate action may be required for urgent threats or legal demands.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as risks, technology, services, and legal obligations evolve. The revised date will appear above. Material changes affecting active accounts will receive additional notice when required or reasonably practicable.
